CHEF THE NORDINIS

We are both acclaimed and awarded chefs from Sweden. (Carina is also one of the Sweden’s best pastry chef). We have published cookbooks and cooked food on TV. We have years of experience of the Italian countryside. We have produced both olive oil and wine in Tuscany. We spent the last 35 years in fantastic restaurants and in their kitchens to uncover the secrets behind the best pasta, risotto and the true Italian food. We have practiced with the best chefs in Italy and learnt the tricks of the grandmas at local trattorias.

READ ABOUT OUR HISTORY AND BE PART OF OUR FUTURE

After thirty-five year, our longing got to strong!

We have now left a life of serving thousands of gastronomic plates to happy guests in exchange for our own green hill in the most beautiful part of central Italy - the epicentre of fresh produce where we will grow herbs and vegetables and only serve up to twenty guests a few nights per week. For the first time in our lives, we will put our Italian soul on the plate.
